No confirmation, no tracking, no follow-up, not even a real action.They keep sending apologies like confetti at a parade and maybe try taking actual action next time?If you enjoy being ghosted, misled, and mentally preparing an outfit that never arrives, go ahead and order. If you like getting what you pay for, steer way, way clear. This company either can’t manage basic logistics or is running the shipping department from a fantasy novel. Buyer beware.
