I placed an order on October 22 and paid already, but I still haven’t received a tracking number of cargo or any response to my messages. The company claims they reply within 24 business hours (3 days), yet it’s been longer with no update at all.On top of that, I paid extra for expidited shipping which is supposed to come in 5-10 days and it has been 8 days with NO UPDATES AT ALL. And when I email them about this, they ignore it and I get no response I’ve reached out multiple times with no luck. At this point, I just want a response or confirmation that my order is actually being processed. Terrible communication. I’ll gladly update this review if someone finally contacts me and resolves the issue.
