I wanted help with a health insurance renewal and wanted to change a policy that better suited my husbands needs. I spoke to Sean on Wednesday morning and gave the appropriate details and explained we were in the 14 day cooling off period and needed someone to come back ASAP. Sean said he would send details of appropriate policies, by email, by Wednesday evening. Nothing was received and on Thursday, I called again and another colleague of Sean's, from a different office explained she would let him know i had called and to call me back that day. I explained the cooling off period was up on the Saturday. No phone call or email was received.Again on the Friday, I called twice and explained the urgency, again I was promised call backs, no call was received.I am now going through policies myself and hoping for the best.
