I wanted to use the 365 days Fast plan on my existing number, but by mistake, I purchased a new Mighty Mobile SIM with the 365 days Fast plan instead of changing the plan on my existing number. I had thought I could use the "bring your own number" function to solve the problem, but it didn't work. I refer to the service robot, and quickly get feedback that "bring your own number" can only work on numbers from other mobile provider. Then the service team help me to switch the new plan to my existing number within minutes. Many thanks for their kindly and highly efficient help.
