After moving to a new apartment and my wife’s job situation changing, we sent updated documents, specifically requesting that they be included in the application due to my improved financial status. Despite having over a month to update these documents, they neglected to do so. I received a rejection letter based on outdated documents, indicating a failure to prioritize client needs. I am now considering legal action for their negligence. If anyone else feels similarly, please reach out.
