I applied for a residency permit through them, and my experience has been very negative. Email responses took days, and there was a lack of proactive communication. After a month and several reminders, my status request was finally sent to the correct department, but a spelling error in my name caused further delays. After the 12-week deadline passed, I was told to keep waiting instead of pursuing legal options. It feels like they don’t want to fulfill their obligations. Despite their English website, I was instructed to communicate in German, complicating the process. After paying a significant fee, communication dropped off. I expected professional service, but it was so poor that it felt almost like a scam. I cannot recommend this service.
