Good Afternoon, I felt that this was only way to thank Mike for such fantastic service and understanding of my needs with regards to buying an ebike. His experience and knowledge was second to none and at no time did I feel that he was trying to force me into buying the ebike that I was after and spoke to me at length about what would be the best for me regarding what I was looking for and to take my time and make sure I made the proper decision. I was taken aback by his concerns regarding the bike I chose. This gentleman is someone that I would put my total trust in and he certainly earned my complete respect. Without any rush whatsoever I decided to buy the ebike I was initially looking at and in all honesty I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would have no worries at all in recommending This Gentleman to any budding buyer that are not sure or do not know a lot about ebikes as he spoke to me for just under an hour describing every detail that I asked him about, as I mentioned, not for one minute did I feel rushed in to buying a ebike from him as the time he spent giving me the answers to everything I wanted to know. A very polite and understanding gentleman and I in return would give him nothing but ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And recommend Mike to anyone looking for an ebike as he also doesn't hang around either with regards delivery either. Not a bad word to say at all. He actually gave me a free bycycle lock and rear light as a freebie which was very much appreciated.
