Great to deal with, bike arrived in good time and very well packaged.Battery fully charged and no damage to any parts. The company even packed a box of accessories (lights, lock,mudguards, tools, etc) which was a pleasant surprise.The bike is so light for an Electric bike and looking forward to many hours cycling with it.Can't recommend high enough.
