So far and by today’s standards this company, in my opinion falls way short. I placed an order almost a week ago and have heard nothing since ! Tracking is offered when order confirmed but not kept up to date. Have had no reply to emails and no idea if or when delivery will be, really poor. Will definitely take to trading standards if no communication or products received. There are so many great Korean skincare companies out there, made the wrong choice !
