So disappointed, I placed an order almost a month ago but the tracking is not reliable, I contacted by e-mail and phone but they have no idea if or when the delivery will be. I had asked for the cancellation and refund but no response. Yesterday I made a dispute to my payment card with all the documents and the conversation as proof, today they delivered my order after 1 month and 5 days after so many reminders,
