I’m very disappointed with my experience shopping through Miinto. I ordered the same product twice, and both times Miinto’s partner store in Spain sent me the completely wrong item. I even attached photos of both incorrect deliveries to customer service, yet all I was offered was a standard return — no real solution.What makes this especially frustrating is that customer service refused to acknowledge that this is their responsibility to fix. I didn’t receive what I paid for, twice, yet I was repeatedly told that they “can only help with a return,” instead of sending the correct product. This is basic customer care, and something I would expect any professional retailer to handle properly.After two failed deliveries, a lot of wasted time, and no willingness to correct their mistake, I can’t recommend Miinto to anyone. If an issue occurs, you’re left to deal with it on your own.I hope Miinto takes responsibility and improves the way they handle cases like this.
