I used to order a lot from Miinto but my last order will be the last one ever.
Really bad support. I ordered a pair of Khaite boots that were really expensive. The heel started squeaking very soon after purchase. I filed a complaint and they never responded. Three months later the heel came loose. I filed an additional complaint with my card company and only then did they respond, ignoring my first complaint and saying that the heel coming loose was due to force, implying that I am too heavy for the boots?!!! I weigh 52 kilos… the boots cost 1000 euro and I was able to wear them for 4 months. Miinto has done nothing to help, they have not provided any info to support my claim and have sided with the brand without showing me any evidence. I sent Miinto several videos to document the defect and they have just ignored these and sided with the brand.
To make matters worse I own two pairs of these boots, both had heels that squeak. I took them to the cobbler who said this was an obvious manufacturing error. My Theresa, where I bought the other pair immediately helped solve the issue and said it was a clear error in manufacturing.
Anyway as someone who used to spend a lot of money here I will never shop here again. Such a disrespectful experience.
