12 weeks into working with Mike, he’s been approachable and friendly and holds me to account when needed. Every now and then I’ve gotten a gentle nudge from him to complete something or check in with him, always perfectly timed for just when I need it. I like details and tracking things and it’s been useful to have checks and calls with Mike when regularly and ad hoc when I needed them. I’ve struggled to put weight on in the past and grow muscle but in the last few weeks I have managed to do both and steadily without feeling like I am going to die or getting sick of eating. The advise and guidance I have gotten has always been practical and useful, it has been great to have someone say you can treat yourself and sometimes things will be a bit crap but focus on what you can do not what went wrong. The resources and support have been fantastic and there’s something there for everyone no matter how you like to access things and work. If you want to make a difference to how you feel, how you look and how you carry yourself don’t wait for an arbitrary date just do it now! You won’t regret starting but you definitely will regret not getting going with it. I can honestly say the progress I have made has been down to Mike and his help. Thank you!
