This is an apology to this service. Upon reflection, my previous review may have been a bit rushed. They did eventually respond to me, clarifying that the unit is not faulty as initially thought. The second mode does work but also decreases the speedo reading, which I was unaware of. However, they recommend using only specific modes. I suggested they include this information in the instructions since mode two is ineffective if passing speed cameras. Again, I apologize to the service and the representative.
