Used to be good. Now it is very unreliable while also being much more expensive.

1) It stopped logging my drives for several days less than 2 months after renewing (for 50% more than it used to be).2) When it started again, it became very unpredictable as to when it would start recording, thus it has become very inaccurate.3) It randomly stops recording in the middle of the drive and doesn't start again for miles, if at all; another source of inaccuracy.4) It is now auto-classifying drives that it shouldn't (in other words, all of them that I don't have auto-classified as "Commute" because that's the only drive that I auto-classify), and it has been getting every one of these wrong. It even classified my commute as "Business" last night; yet another source of inaccuracy. There have always been some weird glitches in the logging, but nothing too serious, nor too time-consuming to fix. Sometimes it was a completely fictional drive, like the one where I supposedly went on a 120-mile drive upstate to a place I've never gone, and did it in 5 minutes, which would require an F-15 under full afterburner at 40,000'. But, glitches like those were easily fixed; the unreliability of multiple different types lately has entirely diminished my confidence in the app.I've had two email exchanges with MileIQ support, but they just want to blame it on my phone's settings, permissions, battery, wifi/cell signal, app updates, etc. I have confirmed and reconfirmed that each and every possible cause that makes it my fault is not the case, and provided a good explanation for why each of their reasons is false.I let them know that I'm going to drop this service, and have requested a prorated refund for the months that I won't be using out of the annual purchase that I already made. (Good luck with that, right?)
