Horrible. Website crashes all the time; you can never redeem what you want or with the partner websites. I'm trying to redeem some miles before expiration, but it's a nightmare. They also act like government, pushing the problem to the Miles partners instead of Miles & More all the time. Horror movie ! Never using again.
