I signed up to this dating/chat site not entirely sure what to expect as I've had experience of scammy examples previously with 'fake profiles' that never respond to messages. Luckily I've managed to reclaim at least some of the fees (for nothing) but it 'left a bad taste in my mouth'.In his instance I was overwhelmed by 'chats', some quite explicit. The site gave some 'free credit' to respond to initial chats but this soon ran out. When I attempted to buy additional credit, I intentionally selected the cheapest option as I was concerned it might be fraudulent but 1: my debit card wasn't accepted 2: a credit card of mine failed for unspecified reasons (fraud protection maybe ?)In any event, the cost per single message sent was in the order of £2.50 which I consider ridiculously high but was prepared to 'give it a go' for a small outlay.The site looks quite convincing and although hesitant, I may yet try it again using a different 'profile' to claim new free credit to try and see if the users are in fact real.Regarding 'dating sites' generally, I have yet to find a single one that offers exactly what it claims. Mostly they're total scams. Buyer beware etc !
