BEWARE/BEWARE/BEWARE/AVOID: After constantly delays and lying to me about what could not be done (they said), the writing team finally got my eBook correct on Amazon but it is still a wreck on Barnes & Noble. If they could fix their errors now, why didn't they do that weeks ago? And why is my eBook on Barnes&Noble a mess? The writing team has refused to fix THEIR MANY ERRORS on the eBook on Barnes&Noble and instead threatened to take it all down and not do business with me. Because of that, my wife and I do not want them accessing our accounts and I have legally notified them not to. The writing/production team efforts are NOT the 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website. If I went with another company, which I guess I may have to, my wife and I have lost all that time waiting. I have spoke with this company at least 20 times and they are great in offering assurances, but not results. They called today and when I called back 1 minute later, no answer. This company keeps begging me to retract my complaint, but they keep leaving me without things completed as I trusted them to do. Milford satisfying the customer is not being perfect, but it is doing what you said you would do - not dropping a customer and threatening to take everything down which you did complete. That shows you do not care that YOUR delays would throw the customer further behind and require me to use another company. We have places that have been waiting and waiting for this book to be completed. Stop half-stepping writers/production team of Milford Publishers. And don't be so quick to say what can't be done and stop blaming the customer for YOUR ERRORS! Not to mention Robert Garcia (if that is his real name) who was disrespectful, insulting and unprofessional. I owned an IT company, I was a graphics designer and a webmaster, so stop being so dishonest guys.
