I must express my serious concerns regarding the subsequent delivery process.Firstly, upon receiving the Bill of Lading, we confirmed an expected arrival date of 10/22. However, there was no further communication until 10/20 when we inquired again about the expected arrival time, only to be informed that the time had been changed to 11/12. I believe that if there are any changes in the anticipated arrival time, it should be communicated to me by your team rather than me having to inquire in order to learn about the delayed arrival at the port.Secondly, from the outset, we opted for the white glove service. However, it was not until shortly before the arrival of the goods that your agents in Taiwan informed us that the white glove service was not available. Yet, as late as three days before the arrival of the goods on 11/9, I was still confirming our white glove service.Thirdly, on the day of delivery, the movers responsible for furniture, the delivery driver, and the forklift operator were all from three different companies. There was no designated point of contact among them, and the scheduling was extremely chaotic. I found myself coordinating between these three parties on-site.Lastly, I am truly dissatisfied with the quality of the white glove service provided this time. Throughout the entire shipping process in Taiwan, I was solely responsible for coordinating and communicating with the various parties. I regret choosing this service immensely! I expected that by paying an additional 6000 euros for this service, I would only need to wait at home for the furniture to be assembled. However, I ended up spending an excessive amount of time communicating with the Taiwanese vendors selected by your team!After I sent above email to reply about my experience, I didn’t get any feedback from the shop. So I decided post this online!
