I purchased my ponytail over the holidays and am just now getting around to writing a review. I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. I receive tons of unsolicited compliments, and people truly have no idea it isn’t my real hair — which says everything about how natural it looks!The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to the color match. I have dark brown hair (not black), and unfortunately the “dark brown” option didn’t come close to matching, which resulted in me needing to return it.The return shipping costs were extremely high — nearly half the cost of the ponytail itself due to international fees. That part felt excessive and is something I believe should be reconsidered or waived, especially when the issue is a color mismatch.That said, the customer service team was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout the process. My only real concern was the costly return shipping. Otherwise, the quality of the product itself is fantastic.
