I placed an order 13-2-25 on a 3-5 day tracking so id have them in time for my vow renewal but havent received anything. The tracking hasn't been updated and after reaching out to milk & blush I was told to wait 7 working days which was 24-2-25 and still nothing. I requested a refund back under the consumer act 2015 and it has been pushed back and back for no known reason. I have emailed daily as £220 is a lot to lose on something I havent received. It's not been easy dealing with the customer service side of things and with only an email to use it's nothing but issues and delays. Very very disappointed
