Quality and customer service was better than other brands. I used a different company for my wedding album and got it reprinted with them 3 times before realizing they just didn't have a good quality print. Moved over to MILK books and am more than pleasantly surprised! The quality is amazing and the customer service was incredible. Extended a voucher for me that had expired because my husband needed spine surgery and forgot about it.
Only down side is the book reeks of chemicals when it first delivers so just air it out in the garage or outside if you can.
