I was contacted today by a lady called Tazeena she was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to me helped me fill in all the relevant forms that I needed to. Very kind and understanding which made me feel very comfortable. tazeena customer service went above and beyond. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.
