Broken bed side-rail supposed to be replaced today some 8 days after being reported as defective.Lost a day’s wages waiting for someone to come. Eventually got a phone call at 8.40pm saying they would be arriving in 20 minutes.Finally arrived to announce that they had the wrong replacement side-rail. So efficient, they don’t know which bed they supplied. Couldn’t care less despite the claim that “ we care”.
