Wow what a terrible company, people at the end of the phone don't listen or get it right. Key safe fitted, which went wrong, so finally they came out to fit a new one, but this too was faulty, guy said it must be the whole batch and they didn't have another batch in stock, but would call when they did, he said he couldn't remove it as it would damage the wall. They didn't seem bothered the carers couldn't get in, so we brought our own and fitted it. Then asked them to come and remove the faulty one. A guy visited brought a silly screwdriver to prize it off the wall, my son told him that wouldn't work, so the faulty keysafe was left on the wall. My husband was able to remove this with no damage to the keysafe or the wall. I then phone Millbrook as I wanted then to take the faulty key safe away before they slapped a charge for using their equipment but I gave up the guy on the phone was so bloody rude I terminated the call,telling him I was doing so. What a shoddy company, there is nothing nice about them. If I could rate the minus I would, my advice is to stay clear they are hassle.
