Only giving one star as can’t give -5 - they delivered a mattress to my house for my son and had to replace the bed rail, as the bedroom is so small I had to move the wardrobe to the side so he could get to the bed rail, he took it out and replaced it but put it back in differently and I couldn’t get the wardrobe back in after he left. I called him back to ask him what he had done differently he said he’d done it correctly and I said he had not, I had two lady carers with me who witnessed everything, he told me to “F OFF” got in his truck and drove away. All three of us had to turn the bed on its side to get the wardrobe back into the room to be able to get my son back into his bed which was not an easy task. I did phone Millbrook and was put through to a very rude woman who told me she was in charge of the drivers I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t let me. I’ve called back since and they’ve given me the email address for the office down here to email not for the head office which I find odd and when I asked for a managers name who I’d be emailing the secretary put the phone down on me.
