Ummm, oh dear, all the telephone staff were great and tried to help but they couldn't the clinical staff etc to respond.So a wheelchair cushion was reportedly ordered for me on 22 June 2022 but nothing ever happened. I have telephoned so many times i have lost count.Then, out of the blue, a cushion gel inset was delivered to me house - but it was completely wrong.I started calling again but despite promises of "someone with call" nothing has happened 3 months later.If this company relied on repeat business or recommendation it would not survive.I have signed up to join their "Wheelchair Users group" but I have not heard any more yet.
