Useless- sent 1 man to deliver a heavy hospital bed and put it together. It was like a bad comedy sketch watching him try to get it into the house. Clearly a two person job! When the bed was collected the guy was rude, late and unhelpful. Not an ounce of empathy from any of them. Also had other equipment delivered with no explanation as to how to use or adjust it!
