My 8gal galv steel poultry waterer is 18 months old and the seal stopped working some how I purchased it through Chewy and thought maybe the manufacturer could tell me how to fix it. That’s really all I wanted, I’m pretty handy. I went on their website, clicked the chat button, and Leslie was the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. By providing my receipt, she was able to issue me a brand new waterer at no charge! No questions! I can honestly say, with times like these, I can’t afford a new waterer.
