Following yet another unhelpful reply from the company, I feel compelled to update my review. They are now refusing to accept my return or provide assistance after I left a one-star review. I received my order on January 2nd in the morning, and upon opening the package, I emailed the company at 12:57 PM to report that the personalized embroidery was misaligned. Disappointed with the product, I anticipated some form of resolution. Instead, I received a request for photos, which I sent, including a remote for scale to illustrate the issue. The subsequent email claimed the embroidery was correct and denied my return request, along with any solution or apology. After detailing my experience in a review, I was informed that, due to my feedback about their family-run business, they would not address the problem at all. It seems this issue with wonky embroidery is a recurring theme, with staff being unhelpful. Although their policy states I can return the item for resolution, they are refusing to comply. Nowhere in their description does it mention that the embroidery might be flawed. I intend to report this to trading standards as selling inaccurately described products and contradicting their own policies is unacceptable.
