My dog food order did not get delivered and no attempt to deliver was made by DPD. I had contacted DPD myself and didn’t get anywhere with them. I then contacted Millie’s Wolfheart customer services. They told me to wait until the end of the day and that they couldn’t guarantee it would be delivered (at this point the delivery should have been 2 days ago). I called them again at the end of the day as the food had not been delivered. They absolutely wasted my time. The woman in customer services was very indifferent to the problem I had experienced and that I had run out of dog food now. Didn’t sort the problem out and another day went past without the food getting delivered. Very poor service and I’m very disappointed with the way this has been handled, especially given I have been a customer of theirs for years.
