Travelled from Wiltshire to buy an engagement ring. On arrival was greeted by Mel on front desk.I requested to try on two rings from the window, she provided excellent knowledge on the rings , especially as this was my first experience in a jewellers.I found a beautiful engagement ring where I asked to place this aside and come back the next day to make a decision. The next day I asked more questions about the ring where she provided me with options of wedding bands to go alongside the ring. I asked questions about the service they provide and i was so impressed of her knowledge and confidence throughout.Amazing to have such brilliant service and kindness during my first experience buying my first diamond with my fiancée.Thank you again and won’t be long till we come back !
