Lovely helpful staff. Had a 'buy to go' receipt from Dec 22 which I had lost. Explained this to Alan staff on the phone. He reassured me all would be OK. Visited the store (St Johns precinct L'Pool ) ( on 6/12/23 and was served by Janine. Picking a replacement wedding ring for my wife. What a pleasant experience this was ....Janine was extremely patient, helpful and of course knowledgeable on all things ladies rings. My wife was delighted with the purchase .
