Excellent Never left a review before but felt I had to comment regarding the fantastic staff at Miltons in Chester. I arrived at their shop with a list of 8 rings I had seen on their website. They took the time to show me each ring, answered all my questions and never at any point did I feel like I was under any pressure to buy. I was able to make my decision in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I left the shop with a beautiful ring and a bottle of champagne. I didn't get the name of the young man who served me but he was fantastic and a real credit to Miltons, there was also a lovely young lady who helped to gather my selection together who I hope one day gets the ring of her dreams just like I did. I would have no hesitation recommending this shop, the staff provided me with good old fashioned customer service which is a very rare thing these days and I am delighted with my purchase.
