Linda was absolutely lovely to deal with. Very polite, patient and knowledgable. Gave us lots of information helping us narrow down our choice. Didn’t feel at all pressurised and Linda very kindly offered to reserve 2 rings for 48 hours for us, not a problem. The items were both high quality and the shopping experience overall was very relaxed and easy so we had a brief wander around Chester before popping back to buy the more expensive item. I have complete confidence in Milton’s, this is our second large purchase with them and I know there won’t be any issues. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewellery. Ring needs resizing and Linda is kindly getting that done for us tomorrow so we will be able to collect it before Christmas. I’d recommend Milton’s and Linda anytime. In addition we were given a lovely gift on completion of our purchase, a lovely bottle of wine in a gift bag. Unexpected but lovely surprise. Milton’s know how to look after their customers!
