DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!I got 3kg of whole chunk bark frome some random plant. It wasn't mimosa hostilis that we all pay an arm and a leg for. So I wrote a review on here and they quickly contacted me and basically said that they were sorry and we will ship you our premium bark. We should be getting a new shipment in by next week. This was in September of 2024. Ive gone back and forth with customer service since last September and things went from we should be getting a shipment next week to all shipments have been delayed, we will contact you when we receive our next shipment. Then they tried selling some more of their bunk ass oak, willow, Douglas fur bark over and over again all while showing they have had whole chunks available over the last couple of months at least. They still have not made it right!!! This shit started in the beginning of September! Here we are in February of the NEXT YEAR, 2025. I am literally EVERYTHING but happy about how poorly this whole situation HASN'T BEEN HANDLED. Quality of product = FCustomer service = FDo yourself a favor and buy REAL MIMOSA HOSTILIS elsewhere. This company literally scammed me out of $500 and have yet to issue a refund or any other kind of compensation.
