I wanted to buy just one course Women's Body Secrets for 19 USD but I was given also trial access to everything for 0 USD. I saw that mention of trial in emails and I tried to cancel it, but it was not possible to make it in simple and transparent manner. There was some misleading exclamation that by canceling that trial I will lost everything. Week later this trial was automatically changed to full access to all courses and 47 USD was charged without my consent.I communicated with Mindbodyface and they declared "When you purchased your course, it included a free 7-day trial in the Club, which was clearly mentioned on the checkout page and in reminder emails." But, mentioning something does not mean that customer is accepting it. To make it legal the customer must agree with some action, e.g. by checking the checkbox. In checkout I did not check any checkbox about trial actively.
