This left some uncertainty regarding post-training processes.2) Limited Support from Mindcypress – While the trainer was present, they were unable to answer certain questions about what happens after the course, indicating a gap in communication from the Mindcypress team.3) Pacing & Content Overload – The five allocated sessions (one per week) were insufficient to cover the extensive PMP material thoroughly. As a result, the trainer had to rush through the content, impacting comprehension.4) Lack of hands-on exercises: Due to time constraints, the course lacked practical exercises, which could have reinforced learning more effectively.Suggestions for Improvement:1) Ensure active participation from the Mindcypress team, including clear onboarding and closing guidance for students.2) Provide additional resources or Q&A sessions to clarify post-training steps.3) Extend the training duration or provide supplementary materials to help students absorb the content at a better pace.4) Incorporate hands-on exercises or case studies to enhance practical application.
