My overall experience was average, primarily due to the lack of engagement from the Mindcypress team throughout the five-week program.What Worked Well:1) The trainer was knowledgeable about the subject matter and demonstrated attentiveness to students' concerns.2) The course provided valuable insights into PMP concepts, which were beneficial for understanding the exam framework.Areas for Improvement:1) Lack of Organizational Presence: There were no opening remarks to outline training expectations or closing remarks to guide students on the next steps after completion. This left some uncertainty regarding post-training processes.2) Limited Support from Mindcypress – While the trainer was present, they were unable to answer certain questions about what happens after the course, indicating a gap in communication from the Mindcypress team.3) Pacing & Content Overload – The five allocated sessions (one per week) were insufficient to cover the extensive PMP material thoroughly. As a result, the trainer had to rush through the content, impacting comprehension.4) Lack of hands-on exercises: Due to time constraints, the course lacked practical exercises, which could have reinforced learning more effectively.Suggestions for Improvement:1) Ensure active participation from the Mindcypress team, including clear onboarding and closing guidance for students.2) Provide additional resources or Q&A sessions to clarify post-training steps.3) Extend the training duration or provide supplementary materials to help students absorb the content at a better pace.4) Incorporate hands-on exercises or case studies to enhance practical application.
