I was NOT able to install the program. I emailed the company 3 times over 10 days and no response. I finally figured out it was a problem with my anti-virus and was able to fix it on my own. I got a return email from customer service about 12 days after my first email, apologizing and claiming it had been in their spam folder. Bottom line, the product is great, but customer service is very bad. If your job is handling customer emails, you better be checking spam folders every day. Funny that they only responded once I posted my initial bad review.
