Luckily, I had printed my papers from the house exchange and had a phone number, because the company has not responded to me for three weeks.I paid twice, but they only refunded me once, and they are convinced that I can log in — which is not the case. Even after asking my bank for a refund, a week later there is still no communication from the company.This is not how you treat people.
