I’ve never tried an online program like this before, but I have tried individual and couples therapy. What made this so different was that I could see tangible results in my day-to-day routines after just a couple of months. I feel so much more regulated with my husband, step-kids, and at work (even as a teacher dealing with high-schoolers LOL)!I feel like I upgraded my brain to be better equipped with the coping strategies that truly tend to my needs and help me in every area of my life.
