I am currently enrolled in the Seven Centers Course and am really enjoying it. I like the way that the course is structured: self paced courses, resources, community platform, and weekly meetings. I love the fact that the resources are updated regularly and that you can message people directly in the community platform. The resources have helped me set goals and actually meet them ( so far) and meet like-minded people. I think anyone could benefit from taking this course.
