Haven’t spoken to anyone since initial video call. I set up Breeze account, but no correspondence on there. Did receive a video chat notice at 8am, but I missed it because I had no for warning it was coming until time had passed and I noticed it on my phone. Semiglutide is a long term weight loss, however I was expecting to lose a lot more than I have just from discussions about it. That’s on me though. Nothing to do with Mindwell. I would like to have talked to somebody about upping my dose to see if that would help. I’m going to continue for my 3rd mth but not sure if I will stay on program after that.
