I ordered one of these for my friend and it was advertised with an ugly Christmas sweater. Yet the product I received was just the “outfit” my friend was wearing in the picture I provided. In the photo my friend is wearing an ID badge (and he is dark skin) and on the product the ID badge has a white man on it. When I reached out to the company they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Extremely unhelpful, and I’m very disappointed with how they advertised one thing but give you something different.2ND EDIT: the person I’ve been in contact with since Dec. 24th is Sandra. She was extremely rude telling me I have to “just accept” there is nothing you guys could do for me. After posting this review she said she spoke to her management team and they offer for me to pay a restocking fee and a shipping fee to fix THEIR mistake. SO FIRST- she tells me they never messed up my order. SECOND- after I told her this was false advertising she tells me there’s nothing they can do and to accept that. THIRD- I have to resort to writing a review in order to get the “management” team to hear of my case. And LASTLY- if Sandra wasn’t so rude, and offered that EVERY SIMPLE solution before going back and forth with me for DAYS- I would have jumped that the opportunity. But she left a very sour taste in my mouth for this company. I told her I would like to speak with the management team, as this is not acceptable. And I haven’t heard from her in two days. PLEASE HELP ME GET THE PROPER SOLUTION!
