Customer service is terrible, If you have an issue with your server don't create a ticket, they keep you waiting for 5 days for an answer while they chat in discord. if your memory spikes for a split second your server will stop so you need to keep an eye on it 24/7 in case it happens, You cannot use any plugin that requires ports to be open on UDP such as votifier as they do not support it, The service is ok if you want to run a roblox style gamemode server but for anything else get a better service.
