Total SCAM. Do Not Waste Your Money. This "MineralMug.com" needs to be shut down for outright fraud. Ordered 3 of these for planned gifts, based upon the beautiful pictures and the 30 day return policy. After a prolonged delivery, which ended up being from China (not stated on website), the product is a total joke: plastic (not mineral), very cheap, 3 inches tall (i.e. miniature for a small child), and with a metal insert that simply falls out. Unbelievably cheap and deceitful in every way. Immediately upon receiving these pieces of garbage, I initiated a return request. Another absolute joke: after nearly 2 weeks and repeated attempts, including pictures, etc. no refund has been forthcoming. This is a TOTAL SCAM. Take your business elsewhere. ***Please also note: They use many different business advertising sites for the same product, which then all goes through the "mineral mug.com". It is one Chinese business, using many different fronts to sell these cheap plastic "Mineral Mugs". Buyer beware: A Total Scam!
