I received the wrong items and was required to pay for the return. After that, I had to pay again to get the correct item. It would have been reasonable for them to provide free shipping for the correct order as a courtesy. The entire process took too long when they could have simply sent the right item and avoided all the shipping costs. In the end, I spent $70 on leggings that were on sale for $35.
