I have been playing Ultimate Golf from Miniclip for over 10 yrs. I had accumulated a fairly significant amount of game coins, game dollars, premium golf balls, and a solid tier level status. One week ago the game had a mandatory version upgrade, after which all of my game progress and history was lost. My acct was secured by Google, so recovering the acct under such circumstances was supposed to be assured. Not so. I submitted a ticket with Miniclip's portal. After receiving the canned auto-responses, I asked for Tech Support to get involved. Miniclip's responses have all been 'Oh well', and kept pointing me back to their recovery protocols. They say that if the acct was secured (which it was via Google), then I should have no problem retrieving my acct. They refuse to take any responsibility for their protocols being ineffective, and to research the issue any further. Basically, I have to start over as a new beginning. Unbelievable. Highly disappointed with Miniclip
