Ours is junk

Bought a katana for my kiddo in June. He carries it around everywhere and loves it so much. After 4 months the blade was loose and the hilt shaky (he doesn’t hit anything with it or get rough with it). I contacted them as we paid quite a bit for it and was basically turned away because it’s been more than 30 days and they have no repair service. So we paid 100 for something that lasted 4 months and sounds like junk! Unacceptable and disappointing. I could see if it had been a year or he had been using it to chop away at trees or something but the most he does is pull it out of the sheath and put it back in. He’s very responsible with it.
